 Composition: 100% polyester and polyester scrim fabric
Weight: 350–650 g/m2
Class of the filtration fabrics: EU 3, EU 4, EU 5.
Applications: Nonwoven textile material produced using the needlepunch technology and intended for air filtration in the metalworking and cement industry, flour mills, fodder production; the tobacco, asphalt and chemical industries; quarries; HVAC systems.
The “sandwich” fabric for filtration uses consists of two layers of fibrous material and reinforcement fabric in-between. Depending on application, the material receives additional treatments, such as melting the surface on one side, hydrophobic and antistatic treatment etc.
Supplied form:
- In rolls with maximum width of 50 linear metres.
- Custom filters (components) based on a sample or specific customer enquiry.
Fabric width: 200 cm or as per customer’s request. |
